At the beginning of our journey, when we first approached the team, our systems were in bad shape – a very patchy environment with little to no forward planning.
After getting to know us and understanding our situation, the team worked closely with us to design brand-new infrastructure architecture, setting us up for the next 3–5 years depending on our growth. After a seamless integration from Hyper-V to vSphere, the company is now in a fantastic position to scale and stay profitable.
Once we had upgraded all our servers and networks, NetEffects continued to work with us to improve many of our internal systems. First, they implemented a full backup and disaster recovery plan – which has held up extremely well and given our executive team peace of mind knowing we have both Plan B and Plan C ready to go.
